Start serving French fries at locations where this was not possible before, due to the traditional need for deep-fryers, frying oil and extractor hoods to prepare French fries. With Fritessa there is no need for deep-fryers, frying oil, extractor hoods or even 3-phase power installations. There are no limits where you can prepare our French fries with our odor-and smokeless high-speed oven. Only a plug and play 230-volt connection is needed, utilising proprietary hot air technology to prepare our French fries.
